Lindsay Lohan denies rumors of break-up
Lindsay Lohan is reportedly “in denial” about her break-up from Samantha Ronson.
The 22-year-old actress - whose relationship with the 31-year-old DJ has been rumored to be on the rocks for the past month - is said to be finding it hard to come to terms with the split.
A source said: “Sam broke up with Lindsay but she is completely in denial about it.”
It has also been reported Lindsay has been spending more time with new pal Sean Penn following the split, according to the New York Post newspaper.
Following rumors earlier this month the couple had ended their relationship, Lindsay insisted the reports were “gross”.
She said: “We didn’t break up. No. People need to stop creating drama, it’s gross.”
The “Mean Girls” star also took to her MySpace blog to further prove the story was false.
In a post entitled “Rumors”, Lindsay wrote: “Little piece of TRUE information - we did not break up.
”Get your stories straight please. It’s really annoying to have all of your friends emailing you saying, I saw, I read, etc… NOT TRUE.”
Lindsay and Samantha were reported to have had a furious row on New Year’s Eve, which led to the actress walking out on the DJ.
